Lillie Allen, the Creatrix of Play, is the founder of Be Present, Inc., a longtime partner, community member, and current Board Buddy of Wisdom & Money. She has been walking with us for over two decades. What a gift it has been to partner with her and Be Present.
As part of our spring theme—Why be part of an organization for people of wealth?—I asked Lillie why she has stayed connected to this community all these years. Her response touched me deeply. Here’s some of what she shared:
What I was seeking–I found.
I was seeking a place where people of wealth stay present in Spirit, even when truth is hard—where money, race, and class can be faced in love, not avoidance, denial, or projection.
I was seeking a place where people of wealth are invited to open—not just their wallets, but the Spirit of who they are—for the sake of all.
And when I saw that this was not just an idea, but already alive in this organization… I lost my mind!
What a wonderful opportunity to be visible—not just for me, but for people of wealth to be invited into real, Spirit-led presence. To show up whole, for all of us.
